A celebrant-led ceremony does not follow a fixed script. You decide what to say, how to tell your story and which rituals to include. But there are many decisions to make and, without clear direction, even the best ideas can feel disconnected.
My role is to bring everything together: words, music, rituals and pauses, carefully chosen and arranged to give the ceremony a natural flow, an emotional build and a defining moment. I do more than write a script: I create a structure in which every element has its purpose and place.
The result is not simply a moving ceremony, but one that holds meaning for you and for everyone there with you.

We take the time to talk, so you can share your wishes, ideas and any uncertainties openly. Our conversations allow me to get to know your story and often bring to light things you may not have thought about yet.

Throughout the process, you can rely on my experience to answer questions, explore the different possibilities and find what works best for you. I will offer ideas and guidance while always respecting your choices.

Together, we define the structure of the ceremony, deciding what to include, what to leave out and how much space to give each element. I then bring those choices together into a ceremony that flows naturally and feels beautifully balanced, with every part contributing to the meaning and emotion of the moment.

WORDS THAT SOUND LIKE YOU

I write the script in a natural voice that reflects who you are and the ceremony we have imagined together. I share it with you before the wedding, giving you time to read it, request any changes and approve the final version.

FEELING CALM AND READY

As the date approaches, I confirm all the details with the other professionals directly involved in the ceremony. On the day, I lead and coordinate every part of the ceremony, so you can focus entirely on what is happening.

BILINGUAL AND MULTICULTURAL CEREMONIES

two languages, one ceremony

When a couple brings together different languages, families and cultures, a bilingual wedding ceremony needs more than a word-for-word translation. It needs the right balance, so the ceremony keeps its rhythm and everyone can follow and feel part of what is happening.
Together, we decide how much space to give each language and which cultural traditions or rituals to include. I weave every element into the ceremony, avoiding repetition and constant language changes that could interrupt its rhythm. I write and officiate ceremonies in Italian, English and Spanish, creating a moment in which everyone feels included and welcome, whatever language they speak.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

ciao, I'M federica

Being a celebrant is where the work I have done for years meets what has always come naturally to me: working with words, understanding what people are trying to say even when they cannot quite find the words themselves, and shaping ideas into something real.
My background is in corporate communications. I have also worked in event planning and spent several years living abroad. These different experiences now come together in the way I approach and create each ceremony. I trained as a professional celebrant with Federcelebranti and officiate both symbolic and civil ceremonies. I work in Italian, English and Spanish.
I love things that are carefully considered but still feel natural. I am drawn to understated elegance, emotions that emerge without being forced, and those moments when people forget how they are “supposed” to behave and are simply themselves.Based in Bassano del Grappa, I work with Italian and international couples across Veneto, around Lake Garda, in the Dolomites and throughout Northern Italy.
